Sunday Funday IV is about slowing down to reset, connect with Athletes, and reflect in nature. We’ll hike as a group, take in scenery, and focus on breathing, presence, and purpose. Along the way, Athletes will engage in mindset exercises, team discussions, and quiet reflection.

Guided, structured time in nature with Vision staff
Mental reset away from screens and distractions
Team-building through physical challenge and shared effort
Group reflection, presence practice, leadership check-in
